Course Overview
Both degrees are completed over the course of 2. 5 years, instead of the three years that it would take to complete each degree independently. The first year of the program is spent at NYU Stern, and the second and third years are split between Stern and the Institute of French Studies in the Graduate School of Arts & Science (GSAS). The MBA/MA in French Studies program takes 2. 5 years to complete, as opposed to the three years that it would typically take to complete each degree independently. Students spend their first year at Stern, and the second and third years are split between the two schools. MBA/MA students register with either the Institute of French Studies or NYU Stern depending on where they are taking the majority of their credits in a particular semester. Career, Students are encouraged to take advantage of all counseling and placement services at both Stern and GSAS throughout their academic program. Career counselors are available to aid students in areas such as rsum preparation, interviewing techniques, networking and career option assessment. Dual degree students should become familiar with career services offered early in the academic program at each respective school.
